5.0Der zweite Teil der Reckoners-Reihe hat mich total mitgerissen – ich fand ihn sogar noch besser als den ersten! Die Geschichte war durchgehend spannend, und ich mochte besonders, wie sich die Beziehung zwischen Protagonisten weiterentwickelt hat. Das hat der Handlung noch mehr Tiefe gegeben.

5.0Wie auch schon in Band 1 zieht sich eine Spannung durch das gesamte Buch und fesselt einen dadurch förmlich an die Seiten. Man erfährt in diesem Teil auch definitiv mehr über die Umstände und vor allem über Calamity selbst, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Schreibstil ist wirklich genial! Aber nicht nur das, auch die Sprüche haben mich nicht nur einmal zum Lachen gebracht. Ich liebe vor allem den Humor von David. Er ist halt einfach ein Schlonz, den man in sein Herz schließen muss. Aber auch die anderen Charaktere sind einmalig und ich habe mich immer gefreut, wenn ich mehr über sie erfahren habe.
