Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell (Kindle Single)

Diese Kurzgeschichte, war für mich in meiner Cosmeer Lesereihenfolge unmittelbar nach Stürme des Zorns dran. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen, aber huiuiui die Story hatte es echt in sich. Der Spannungsbogen war super und die Protagonistin ein sehr interessanter Charakter. Eine spannende Welt, in die wir hoffentlich in der Zukunft wieder zurück kehren werden. Das Englisch war vergleichsweise gut verständlich. Klare Leseempfehlung!

6/10- 3/5 Questa storia l'ho letto in italiano. è un'assaggio di una storia, spero vivamente nella storia di Cosmere venga ripreso e si scopra di più riguardo a questo mondo, perché ne sono dipendente. Leggendo la postfazione questa storia è presente anche in un'altra raccolta di novelle e infatti sento la differenza tra un'altra storia appartenente al libro Arcanum Unbounded, perché infatti non riscontro qualcosa che mi ricorda l'universo di Cosmere. Infatti per me, il Ritmatista potrebbe stare tranquillamente nell'universo di Cosmere (ovviamente non lo può essere perché Ritmastista è quasi un distopico). Silence è una donna forte e pragmatica, con una stessa famiglia forte. 2.75 stars. It was an enjoyable short story, but I could not connect to the characters. The plot was pretty simple, although the setting is still interesting. I would have appreciated more explanation about the world and the shadows in typical Sanderson's style, but due to space constraints I am aware it gets tricky doing so. I am curious to know more in detail how this story and characters will connect to the rest of the cosmere.
