    Süße Geschichte über den jungen Zauberer Oliver und seinen sarkastischen Armadillo-Familiar, die sich auf den Weg machen um den Regen wieder in ihr Dorf zu holen. Ohne die menschenfressenden Ghuls und die Instrumente aus Mordopfern, könnte es fast ein Kinderbuch sein. Natürlich kommt das Buch mit der gewohnten Komik und dem gewohnten Sarkasmus von T. Kingfisher. Und natürlich ist Oliver alles andere als ein erfolgreicher, mächtiger Zauberer, was so manche Situation noch lustiger macht.
