2.0Puh. Anstrengend und teilweise unnötig dramatisch
An sich ein interessantes Thema, wie sich die Glasknochenkrankheit auf verschiedene Familienmitglieder auswirkt. Auch die Erzählart aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln ist interessant. Die Entwicklung des Plots und der Charaktere haben mich aber wirklich immer wieder die Stirn runzeln lassen: Die Side-Story der Anwältin fand ich sehr künstlich gewollt, das Ende des Buchs einfach nur unnötig dramatisch. Why?? Charlottes Entwicklung als Charakter fand ich schwer nachvollziehbar ebenso wie die Entwicklung der Beziehung zu Sean. Einzig Amelia fand ich als Charakter glaubwürdig. Ihre Story hat mich berührt.

Dieses Buch reißt einen mit und bringt einem echt zum Nachdenken. Viele Themen werden angesprochen die viel zu wenig Beachtung in der Gesellschaft bekommen und gut thematisiert. Man fährt Achterbahn der Gefühle und weiß nicht ob man für oder gegen die Mutter sein soll. Ein einfach unglaublich packendes Buch. Legt euch Taschentücher bereit und seit auf eine dramatische Geschichte gespannt.
