Habe ich schon erwähnt, dass die Bücher von Cecelia Ahern sich so weich, wie die schönste Kuscheldecke anfühlen?
Dieses Buch ist eine indirekte Fortsetzung zu "P.S Ich liebe dich ist". Persönlich betrachte ich sie sogar, als die Fortsetzung. Also Fans, schnappt zu. Wie beim Lesen des Hauptbuchs, habe ich auch beim Lesen dieses Buches, weinen müssen. Warum? Es geht schlussendlich um Neubeginn, Vergänglichkeit, eigene Wege, Trauer, Sehnsucht, Liebe und Selbstakzeptanz. Ahern ist einfach bewusst, womit ihre Leser oder Menschen zu kämpfen haben. Ich finde es toll das die Autorin, hier ein gutes Mittelmaß gefunden hat. Indem sie Charaktere ihre alten Charakterzüge gelassen hat. Und nur neue Wege und Schicksale hinzugefügt hat. Holly hat in diesem Buch endlich ihrer Existenz, Erfüllung und Ende gefunden. Übrigens musste ich bei einigen Dialogen, immer wieder an die Verfilmung von "P.S Ich liebe dich" denken. Aber auch an die deutsche Synchronisation von Hilary Swank (Holly), die ziemlich rau, quirlig und absolut stimmig ist. Zu guter Letzt muss ich erwähnen, dass in diesem Buch so viel Liebe und Stärke steckt. Ein richtiger Mutmacher!

Tolle Fortsetzung. Hatte ein bisschen Angst, da die Story von Gerry und Holly eigentlich erzählt war. Aber dennoch hat es das Buch geschafft, das ich nur so durch die Seiten geflogen bin.

"I imagine, I hope, I wish, that the fun filled soul that inhabited her body now has the freedom to drift and dance, swirl and soar. Ashes to ashe, dust to dust, but my god, fly glinka , fly." This part right there... wtf miss cecilia aherns?????? That is just rude.... my eyes are dried out now, no more tears left for any other books in the foreseeable future... What the hell.

Wow… das Buch ist total emotional und ich müsste mehrfach weinen…. Das Buch weg zu legen ging aber auch nicht…. Klasse geschrieben und man ist so nah an den Charakteren dran…
