Hat mich irgendwie enttäuscht
Ist kein schlechtes Buch, aber im Vergleich zum ersten für mich deutlich weniger gut. Es liest sich genau wie das erste sehr gut und schnell, aber irgendwie passiert sehr viel weniger. Ich hab das Gefühl, dass man die Handlung auch in der Hälfte der Seiten hätte erzählen können.

🏞️ This return to the cozy, surrounded-by-forest town of Hemlock Falls comes with a beautiful cover and stunning illustrations. 💀 The scenes within the nightmare-ridden forest are, again, very well written and therefore exciting on the verge of horror. ❤️🔥The slowest burn in history continues to smolder. ☕ Last but not least, after accepting the customs of the people of Hemlock Falls, the plot of this book makes more sense, which is a plus! But there are some slower parts in this book, so it comes down to 4 stars again.
3,25 / 5 Leicht besser als Teil 1. Das Ende ist super cute, wobei ich nicht weiß ob das aller letzte Kapitel ein Illumicrate Bonuskapitel ist. Größtenteils habe ich dieselben Kritikpunkte wie zu Teil 1: super Idee, Schreibstil hat toll zu Winnie und ihrem Alter gepasst. Aber etwas hat mich leider nicht komplett catchen können. Für die, die die Reihe noch nicht gelesen haben würde ich fast schon empfehlen auf Band 3 zu warten und es in einem Zug durchzulesen. In den Büchern und zwischen Band 1 und 2 vergeht kaum Zeit. Man könnte es eigentlich auch als langen Einzelteil betrachten.
