I love this book. Everything about it. I didn't think I was a huge fan of fantasy but Sarah J Maas made me rethink that and Susan Dennard made sure that I loved it. I love Isulte and Safi, the whole world of witchery and the characters they meet. I basically read it in 2 sittings and couldn't put it down. The twists and turn in the book had me turning page after page. If you've never read a fantasy book and are willing to try, this one is a brilliant place to start. You'll love it!
The first quarter of the book was really hard to get through. There were just too many things happening, different tangled politics and countries, not too mention all the different kind of witches and their "threads", all of which didn't get explained properly. So it was confusing. But after that i slowly got into the story and liked the rest of the book better!
