Semi-good FanFiction? So I get why some people might like the books but they really weren't good. I don't say that because I watched the Show first that obviously had a better Storyline and better dialogues I say that because the writting was shallow. - Ok, hear me out. I read a lot of FanFction and I enjoy it that is why I did not hate this book. (Hence the 3 Star rating. I stopped reading it as a book and instead more like FF. I thought this might be was E L James was writing when sh ewrote her FF but instead of poorly written BDSM we have murder and shallwo drama). ´ Anyway as I said I would never seriously read it as a serious book that I read because I want to know what it is about. I'd read this because of boredom and soley entertainment in the TVD Franchise, aka to satisfy my need for Stelena content. But that is about it. I also wanna say that I read and basically breathed the twilight books. All six of them. I cherish them still. Yea, I just said that. And admittedly Stephenie copied a lot of the phrases and ideas from L.J. 's books but c'mon she did make them better and we all know Twilight is not one of the best written books either. (Says a lot.) - Apart from that can we talk about how often L.J. Smith used the word "said"??? I learnt in fourth grade exactly that. Don't overuse the word "said" find more interesting words. She did not. Which did not help the barely existing plot at all. (The ending btw? Where did that come from??? The Story in general has soo many plot holes...) There was no character developement, not a lot anyway. Elena had it a tiiiny little bit but not significantly and everyone else basically had none at all... And the Story was Elena being madly obsessed w Stefan who she knew for TWO MONTHS btw keep that in mind when you read the ending of the book TWO MONTHS. Oh, and she was constanly having shallow stupid fights wth Caroline that did nothing for the Story just filled the pages because only Stelena love eyes would be boring and short. Damon was fun. I loved to hate him in the books but a lot did not make any sense tbh. --- I think I am done now. I might actually out of boredom (and bc I heard Stelena actually was endgame in the main series) read the next two books one day but according to Wikipedia all teh otehr stiff gets so wild season 8 seems make sense all of a sudden. - Thanks for reading, bye.

Gutes Buch. Sollte nicht eins zu eins mit der Serie verglichen werden. Als eigenständige Geschichte schön und spannend zu lesen.
