Description

4. Es ist spannend und nicht allzu vorhersehbar. 5. Die Charaktere MUSS man lieben. Was soll ich sagen ey, lest das einfach. Ehrlich. Vertraut mir 😂😂😂

Definitely the highlight of the series!

Ever since Jax was introduced I was looking forward to his story! It was obvious that he was forced to grow up early because of his past. In his book, he was already grown up and going his own way. I knew he was going to be intense - they're always the quiet ones - but it felt like he'd had too many lessons from 'Bully' Jared at the beginning. I kind of knew from the previous books that K.C. was going to be the protagonist. I didn't really like her in the previous books. She always came across as very unstable and selfish, but this book showed a whole new side of her! In summary, the relationship between the two worked from start to finish, even if the constant back and forth was a bit exhausting. The development of their characters was simply on point!

Also one of my favorite Book of the Fall away series<3 This story is cute, hot and sad at the same time.

“The more you suffered, the more you survived. It shaped people in different ways, and what broke one person could empower another.“ “I guessed we've all built ourselves up through sadness, disappointment, and experience. It just happens at different times and in different ways.” Tropes: – dual PoV – dealing with trauma – racing – hacker x delinquent – girly girl That‘s a first. Until this book I would have vehemently denied that there‘s a PD book I would rate less than 4⭐️ But you see my rating, don‘t you? KC and Jax are two very interesting characters. My struggle was connecting with them emotionally. I didn‘t feel these two as much as the other protagonists of the series. Though I think theirs is still a pretty good story with their individual struggles, their past traumas and their hate–love for their families. It‘s definitely a book I would recommend eventhough I struggled a little bit with it. 3/5⭐️

I really looked forward to read Jax' story. I kinda liked it but still I have some issues with this series. I don't know how to say it but I'm a bit disappointed in how this story turns out. The end was so rushed that I didn't catch up and had to re-read the last 4 chapters I'm glad Jax found his love and everything but it happened way too much in a short time..

4.5 I honestly didn't expect much from Jax and Juliet, I thought it wouldn't be a great story and I was wrong ... they are pure passion and strength together. I really liked that Juliet got on with KC that was so brave. Jax surprised me, frustrated me and loved me and the most important moment was when everyone said he had them Tate and Jared's advance pained me. It broke my heart but Tate can't keep waiting for him. I'm on his side.Even though I know Jared will get away with it Madoc and Fallon have always shown that they are great friends to everyone and I feel that of all the books (the ones I have) has been the one that has had the most character development or gives indications of it, Aflame also gives me expectations. Penn as always, I love your job. xoxoxo
