Description

Leider war es mir zu langweilig. Der schreibstil und der Sprecher haben aber dafür gesorgt das es 3 Sternen wurden
Leider war es für mich persönlich sehr langweilig. Es gab nicht wirklich "die große" Spannung. Auch wurde sehr viel Technik und zusammensetzungen von Steinen erleutert. Damit kann ich nicht viel anfangen. Kann mir aber vorstellen das es, für Menschen die im Thema sind sehr viel Spaß machen kann. Die Geschichte braucht meines Erachtens bis zu 80% der Zeit um Spannung aufzubauen, leider kann sie diese dann nicht halte und es flacht immer wieder ab. Was ich sehr schade finde. Es is nicht mein erstes Buch des Autoren, aber wie ich finde sein schwächstes. Für wen ist das Buch also? Ich denke es ist für Menschen die ein grundsätzliches Verständnis davon haben wie Raumfahrt und die Physik dort funktioniert. Und wenn es einen nicht stört 40 % des Inhaltes nicht zu verstehen. Der Sprecher war Hingegen sehr gut und hat das ganze nochmal deutlich angenehmer gemacht.
If you read that last part of the Martian and thought that you'd like to have more moments like this, this is the book for you. I'd say it's heavily inspired by the Martian, but leans into being a template for an action-thriller in space a bit too much. In the latter half, Delta-V becomes a good page turner. Characters and dialoge remain a bit two-dimensional, but there's tension and loads of action. The end was a total let-down though, because it's pure sequel setup and nothing else.
