Tolle Fortsetzung, die mich emotional abgeholt hat
In der Fortsetzung von "Him" begleiten wir Wes & Jamie in ihrem Alltag: Wes hat ein tolles erstes Jahr als Rookie in Toronto, während Jamie struggled... der Job ist schwierig, Wes chaotisch und immer auf Tour und dann zieht oberhalb ein Team-Kollege ein, der ihnen keine Ruhe lässt und das, wo beide doch ihre Beziehung bis zum Sommer geheim halten müssen... da sind Streitigkeiten vorprogrammiert. Ich fand einige Stellen tatsächlich berührender als im ersten Teil, vor allem die Selbstzweifel und die mentale Gesundheit. "Him" war natürlich voll von Romantik und Liebe und ersten Malen... aber "Us" geht für mich tatsächlich mehr in die Tiefe und deshalb mag ich beide Teile gleich gerne. War eine schöne und kurzweilige MM-Romance Reihe 🥰
They could have solved 90% of their problems just by talking sooner.Why didn’t they ?+ I didn’t like that people just randomly showed up at the apartment like….I would be mad annoyed and wouldn’t let them in.And like since when is Wes so close to all of his teammates ?He talked to them like 5 times and now they are all besties and at his wedding ???I don’t think they dealt with the money issue right -> like the only explanation was his grandfather and then Jamie was just like "okay yeah don’t have a problem anymore" How does that make sense ??? I liked the angry kiss and when Wes got worried about Jamie being at the hospital and all.I love Cindy (Jamie’s mother )
