Empowerment

The present handbook ”Empowerment“ shows how the concept of empowerment may be realized methodologically in practice. The numerous and multifarious examples have been tested in practice. The booklet is designed to contribute to enhancing equality of chances on the labour market. Further references and addresses make it even more useful. The handbook has been elaborated by the developing partnership “Pforzheim integrates by promoting and demanding – PFIFF GbR” together with the transnational partners in Slovakia and Italy. As target group we aim social education workers, pedagogically qualified personnel, qualified personnel in educational and occupational institutions as well as those providing basic support for job-seekers.
