Shadow & Storms

Shadow & Storm hat mich von der ersten Seite an in seine einzigartige, magische Welt gezogen. Helene Scheurer entfaltet hier eine dichte Atmosphäre, in der Spannung und Emotionen durchwegs spürbar sind. Die Nebencharaktere stechen besonders hervor und sind wirklich das "Salz in der Suppe": Jeder bringt seine eigene Note und zusätzliche Tiefe in die Geschichte, sodass sie stellenweise sogar die Hauptfiguren in den Schatten stellen. Die Liebesgeschichte zwischen den beiden Protagonisten hat mich jedoch nicht ganz überzeugt. Die Chemie in diesem Band war anders– zum Glück schaffen es die anderen Paare, durch starke Dialoge und echte Emotionen die Balance wiederherzustellen. Der Showdown am Ende hätte noch ein bisschen mehr Raum für Spannung vertragen können, aber insgesamt liefert Shadow & Storm ein packendes Abenteuer, das auf ganzer Linie begeistert. Ich freue mich auf Iron & Embers und ein Wiedersehen mit den Charaktere und der Welt.

i had the best time with this series, thea and wilder will always have a special place in my heart, this little found family too, kipp is one of my fave of this series he's so funny and smart and has a big heart ugh love he!! but now this whole series is so good, there's so much more than what meets the eye, it starts as something and as you go it becomes so much more and it's so good, it's such an amazing fantastic journey!! thea is such a badass i love her so much, wilder my grumpy warrior who loves deeply, their story their connection is beautiful is heartbreaking is so damn emotional but oh my god so wholesome and hot and everything, i might not be that obsessed but love them so much!! all of these characters have their own moments and i love them, kipp, torj, malik, my baby sweetie who secretly can kill you wren, thea's sister, i identify myself with her a little soo im really excited for her series and to see torj down bad ehehe!! but yeah these characters this found family they formed are fantastic, the plot twists we have and this one at the end wow didn't see it coming i totally didn't but it makes sense and it blown my mind loved it!! overall what a great series, i had such an incredible time and the story was action packed, there was always something happening, the romance has its ups and downs and it's so heartbreaking but then also so damn beautiful and sexy wholesome and again there's found family, with fun moments, also really sad ones too soo it does have everything loved it, love helen scheuerer's writing and so damn excited to read wren's story i bet i will like it more than this one but glad i read the legends of thezmarr, had an incredible time, again i might not be THAT obsessed but loved it and tho it doesn't really feel like a five star read, it was good, really good and fast paced, exciting and memorable!!
