After rereading the book I feel it definitely wasnt the best book to start off.. I mean id totally choose the book over the movie.. id rate it 0 if I could... but let me break it down as to why I didn't rate it as higher as other books ive reviewed and read.. 1) WHO the hell runs away with a royal KNOWING your eventually gonna get caught.... best friend or not... 2) WHY WHY WHY expose that rose died especially so early in the series I personally felt the second book would of been better to explain the relationship they have and her abilities that seem clearly connected to good ol Rose... other than that everything else id of left as it was but that is just me... I might be too picky in regards to this series started... either way its still one of my favourite series' of Meads by far.
