Was für eine wunderbare, intensive und leidenschaftliche Geschichte. Nachdem ich von Band 2 der Reihe ziemlich enttäuscht war, bin ich unfassbar glücklich, dass ich „Saint“ ohne jeden Zweifel 5 Sterne geben musste. Aiden und Elijah haben sich Seite für Seite in mein Herz geschlichen und ich bin mir sicher, ich werde diesen Platz mein Leben lang für die beiden freihalten. Auch wenn ich erst verwundert war, an welchem Punkt die Geschichte anfängt. Ich habe jede Seite geliebt, jedes Gefühl mitgefühlt, jedes Wort aufgesogen. Es war so intensiv, dass ich teilweise das Buch zuklappen musste. Der Verlauf der Geschichte der beiden hat mich schmunzeln, mitfiebern, nachdenken, weinen, leiden, mitfühlen lassen. Mein Herz wurde erst zusammengesetzt, dann gebrochen und am Ende wieder geheilt- für mich genau das, was eine unvergessliche Liebesgeschichte ausmacht❤️🩹 ___________________________ „I feel miserable with what I did, but I know I would do it again. And again. As many times as there are chances. And I don’t know what the right prayer is for that.“🥹
The best part of this series (yet). It's much more spiritual than Tyler's conflict between his love to God and his Libido. We learn so much about his mind and his fears. This is not erotica with a cool religious sub-plot, but a mental, spiritual, and emotional journey to God ond Love, with a spicy sub-plot.
4.4 ⭑ “ i already love him like eternity is in the rearview mirror. i love him like everything.” i don’t know which drugs sierra puts into these book but i’m fucking addicted. this book was amazing, i really liked the mmc’s and the mental health representation it definitely was one of the best way’s i’ve read in a long time. I loved priest but this one was so much better i relate in so many ways to aiden, my absolute favorite character written by sierra simone.
A dark romance that deserves more attention 💌
I loved the first books so much like the third but this one literally ate aswell✨ also this was my first dark romance with two mmcs and I frkn loved it, reading this book was so intense but in a good way💌 for every dark romance lover I literally would like you to give this series a try ♠️🍂
One of the best books i‘ve ever read ❤️🔥
Holy Moly, this book left me speechless.. Sierra Simone’s writing is so insanely incredible and the tension and chemistry between Elijah and Aiden is breathtaking (the spicy scenes had me literally shocked, because of how good they were). This storyline really took me an a rollercoaster ride of emotions and feelings. I didn’t know a lot about monastery before reading this book and I also didn’t think it would interest me that much but, oh it did! I was so immersed in the story of Aiden’s life in the monastery and in the end it taught me a lot about religion. I am obsessed with the way Sierra portrayed Aiden’s emotions and also his depression. This book tells such an important story and is an absolute MUST read, even if you’re not as religious just as me!
