Ein Mann und eine Frau sind auf der Flucht in einer surrealistischen Umgebung und werden von anderen verfolgt. Seit Go Go Monster liebe ich diesen Mangaka. Er hat einen wirklich eigenen Zeichenstil (der auch noch die Stile zwischendrin wechselt) und erzählt Geschichten. Geschichten die sich nicht leicht zuordnen lassen (ich hab im Fall von No. 5 absolut keinen Schimmer wohin die Reise geht). Alles ist eins - so kann man das Genre vin No 5 zusammenfassen. Sci-Fi, Western, Fantasy, Action, Slice of Life, Arthouse alles gemixt. Ich liebe die Panels deren Inhalt komplett aus dem Geschehen bricht, um Gefühle und Assoziationen zu erzeugen, um die Lektüre zu einem Erlebnis werden zu lassen.
