Ich hab noch nie ein Buch gelesen, dass mich körperlich so sehr mitgenommen hat. Ich war konstant zwischen weinen und brechen. Trotzdem würde ich jedem empfehlen, dieses Buch zu lesen. Caroline Darian ist eine unglaublich starke, bewundernswerte Frau und ich glaube daran, dass sie noch sehr viel für Frauen tun wird.

Wir haben alle vom Fall Pelicot gehört. Und er schockiert auf so vielen Ebenen. "Not all men" wird immer gesagt... Aber die mittlerweile verurteilten Vergewaltiger waren die "Männer von nebenan". Das ist so abstoßend. Was in jemandem vorgeht, der die Tochter des Opfers und gleichzeitig Tochter des Täters ist (und selbst auch noch Opfer ist) mag man sich eigentlich nicht vorstellen. Mir war auch nicht bewusst, dass die Opfer so unzureichend psychisch begleitet werden. Das ist ein Unrecht. Frau Pelicot und ihre Tochter haben so Recht, wenn sie sagen, dass die Scham die Seiten wechseln muss. Dringend. Ein absolut wichtiges Buch. Ich hoffe, es erreicht viele. Gehört habe ich die deutsche Version (Und ich werde dich nie wieder Papa nennen)
