Schönes Ende.
Eigentlich bleibt nicht viel zu sagen. Es war alles in allem eine schöne Geschichte. Die Charaktere haben sich alle weiterentwickelt und ihre Charaktereigenschaften gefestigt. Der Krieg Nephilim gegen Erzengel ist vorbei. Und Nora und Patch können endlich in gewisser Weise ihr Leben leben. Leider gibt es auch Verluste von geliebten Charakteren zu beklagen, aber das ist ja leider keine Seltenheit bei Romantasy.🥺 Ich habe die Geschichte sehr gemocht. Es ist aber natürlich eher ein Jugendbuch als ein YA. Daher kann man das ein oder andere nicht mehr ganz nachvollziehen. Werde die Welt aber dennoch vermissen.
Die Liebesgeschichte geht dem Ende zu. Extrem spannend und fesselnd bis zum Ende.
Ich habe dieses Buch regelrecht verschlungen. Sehr spannend geschrieben, immer wieder wurde man von Ereignissen überrascht, die man nicht hat kommen sehen. Die Geschichte war bis zum letzten Moment Spannung pur und die Liebe von beiden zueinander ist unglaublich spürbar und packt einem sehr. Mir hat das 4 Buch der Reihe extrem gur gefallen. Schaade das es schon zu Ende ist. Aber der Schluss hat mir sehr gefallen.
I can't believe it ... this is it. The end of the series. I'm relieved and sad at the same time because I absolutely LOVED the hush hush series and Patch was is one of my favorite characters ever! And still i was upset, a little. It was a bit hard for me to get into it ... especially the first half was a bit boring? We get to know Dante and some other Nephilims and here and there are some good scenes with a little action but i don't know, i wasn't as hooked as with the previous books. Mostly I'm upset because of Scott! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS?! He was also so sweet and nice and helpful and such a good friend and in the enD HE JUST GET'S KILLED?!? ARRRRGHH, NO! Especially THIS part was terrible! They just forget about him? Nora is a little sad, yes, but when she finds Patch all she does is kiss him and tell him how scared she was and how much she loves him ... WELL WHAT ABOUT SCOTT!? I think i didn't mention (in none of my previous reviews) that I ADORE Vee! She's such a nice and cheeky girl and I really, really enjoyed her scenes! I don't know what to think about the fact that she's also a Nephilim now but yeah, whatever. I liked her and Scott a LOT and that's also something i'm so angry about! They were together, fighting on the battlefield and Scott dies and Nora finds Patch again and where the fuck is Vee? Did I miss something? I don't know but the fact that not even Vee said something about Scott's death was ughhhhh, no. The ending was super cute and i'm quite happy with it! Vee's wedding was so sweet and I liked the idea of it ... but again: Scott. They mentioned him but no one really cared, that's at least how i interpret the scene. I'm sure i'll definitely miss the series & all the amazing characters!
First: I dont want this series to end. I loved the first one and he second. The third and now the last books were even better. I love Fitzpatrick's writings, it's simple but you can understand the feelings and the battle scene was pure perfection. Sometimes I had the feeling that I must throw the book against a wall, because some characters pissed me off. So so bad. I mean, I really used to like some, but then they were the most stupid Idiots walking on earth. One last thing: I love Patch.
Ein super Abschluss der Geschichte um Nora, Patch, Vee und Scott. Ich bin von diesem Buch genauso begeistert wie von den Teilen davor. Becca Fitzpatrick blieb in diesem Buch ihrem Schreibstil und den Charakteren treu, jedoch hat sie genug Überraschungen in die Geschichte eingebaut das ich oft mich gefragt habe wie es nun weiter geht. Normalerweise hätte ich für dieses Buch fünf Sterne gegeben jedoch war es für mich nervig wie misstrauisch Nora immer war und keinem sich anvertraut hat das ging mir irgendwann leider etwas auf die Nerven. Ansonsten war die Geschichte ein wirklich super Abschluss und hat bei mir keine Fragen offen gelassen.
Another finished series to add to my list. I really enjoyed this books, even thought some of the character actions, motives and developments were rather frustrating at some points, but not unexpected for a YA series. I would highly recommend this as it has a wonderful sassy male protagonist, fallen angels (I mean hallo!), darkness and a female hero, who isn't as annoying as others we know. The end left me with tears of happiness and a smile on my face.
