    Super Buch!

    Endlich wieder aus dem Leseloch rausgekommen und direkt ein gutes Buch in die Hand bekommen! Es ist super einfach und verständlich zu lesen, mit vielen Tipps die man leicht umsetzen kann. Am Ende jedes Kapitels gibt es eine Zusammenfassung & ganz am Ende eine generelle Zusammenfassung des Buches📖 Ist absolut zu empfehlen wenn die Gedanken mal wieder zu lange und zu oft rasen!💭

    Gute Impulse gegen Overthinking

    Ein solides Inhalt, der hilfreiche Denkanstöße liefert, um aus dem Overthinking herauszukommen. Für mich persönlich ist nichts komplett Neues dabei, aber die Inhalte sind verständlich aufbereitet und motivierend. Insgesamt definitiv lohnenswert, um sich bewusster mit den eigenen Gedanken auseinanderzusetzen.
