Auf Empfehlung von @millionsofworlds gelesen - Lesbarer Quickie für zwischendurch, WENN man darüber hinweg sehen kann, dass vor allem der Anfang seehr an "Birthday Girl" erinnert und die Age gap mit 20 Jahren schon nicht ohne ist. Die Spannung zwischen den beiden ist (aus Sicht der Protagonistin) gut beschrieben und am Spice hat die Autorin nicht gespart. Wer ein forbidden Love Buch sucht, das mit Age gap, persönlichen Fantasien und Klischees um sich wirft (Standard Booktock Vergleich: wäre der Protagonist nicht Arzt sondern Trucker, wären wir halt vermutlich bei 'Criminal Minds') sollte Mal rein lesen, gibt's bei KU.

You get exactly what you want from this book: an ex-boyfriends dad, age gap romance. However, I have come to realize that I like romances with a dual POV better. In this one, we only get Cassidy's POV, which left me wondering about Greg's feelings and intentions a lot. It felt like half the book was missing, which dulled my enjoyment of the book. Other than that, I got exactly what i signed up for. The smut was well written, and the third act break-up was actually not that much of a bother. All in all, quite a good read!
