Mein erstes Buch von P.D. James und ich mochte dieses englische Flair sehr. Herrenhäuser, noch der alte Adel und ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, so mag ich es bei Krimis schon sehr. Sprachlich teilweise Recht anspruchsvoll, aber ich fand es spannend. Hatte ohne es zu wissen einen zweiten Band erwischt und werde die weiteren Teile rund um die Detektivin Cordelia Gray gern lesen.
