The lion may be the king of the jungle but even he fears the lioness. Just to be clear, I'm Charlie and I'm the greatest assassin mage ever. The fact I've never taken a life is... A technicality. I've dreamt to be handpicked by my clan for a target so I can honor the memory of my parents. But even I wouldn't pick me to kill the most powerful vampire in the world. This screams of a setup from a mile away. In my mind I might be a deadly killer. In reality, I would probably trip and impale myself on my own magic.
