Secret Origins

She doesn't remember her past. She barely has a future. She has today, and that is all a predator like her needs. Being part of the protective force of the supernatural world was a task Myst grudgingly accepted. It is better than having to deal with the ghosts from her past that have been haunting her dreams. With shadows lurking at the back of her mind, she embraces the kill or be killed attitude with gusto. When the two worlds threaten to collide, she realizes she's up to her neck in trouble with no escape in sight. Tricked and manipulated, she finds herself in the eye of the storm. Having no memory of her past does not mean her old life won't catch up with her. As for the shadows that were lurking on the edges of her mind... They are alive. They are coming. What they fail to realize is this - Myst has no intention of being an easy prey.
