Wow. Ich habe mich auf eine gruselige "Hexenstory" gefreut und hab noch ein paar Lebensweisheiten dazu bekommen.
Es geht um Luna, deren Familie vor mehr als 20 Jahren verschwunden ist und unter anderem um ihre kleine Schwester die wieder auftaucht. Jedoch ist diese nicht gealtert und weiß merkwürdige Markierungen in der Haut auf... Soviel möchte ich über die Handlung gar nicht sagen, da ich nicht Spoilern möchte. Die Geschichte spielt in mehreren Zeitebenen und aus div. Perspektiven. Manchmal finde ich es schwierig in Geschichte, wenn oft von Zeit zu Zeit oder Person zu Person gesprungen wird, dass ist hier nicht der Fall. Im Gegenteil, es ist wirklich wichtig für den Aufbau der Geschichte und entwickelt einen schönen Spannungsbogen. Die Geschichte hat die richtige Portion Schauer und lässt einen nachdenklich zurück. Eingebettet in ein Inselsetting, abgeschieden, düster, irgendwo in Schottland wäre das Buch die perfekte Herbstlektüre.
