Insgesamt ein sehr hilfreiches und empfehlenswertes Buch, welches ich ohne Empfehlung meiner Therapeutin vermutlich nie gelesen hätte. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich trotzdem, da sich einige Themen öfters wiederholt haben und ich dafür an der ein oder anderen Stellen etwas mehr Tiefe/Ausführung schön gewesen wären.
