so ein wunderschönes buch !🎐
AHHH, ich hab mich so unendlich sehr in dieses buch verliebt. 🤍 die geschichte von cyrus und leah war so so so schön. ich liebe cyrus‘ sarkastische art und wie wunderschön er sich ausdrücken kann. das yearning war fast schon greifbar und ich bin ein echter sucker für sowas 🙏🏻 leah war ebenfalls eine wundervolle protagonistin und ich konnte so mit ihr mitfühlen; ich bin froh, dass sie sich entwickeln konnte und mehr vertrauen in sich und ihrer zukunft finden konnte. 🎐 das chinesische setting ist so wunderschön beschrieben, dass ich jetzt am liebsten auch eine reise durch china machen würde… 🥹 ehrlich alles wurde so toll beschrieben, der vibe war einfach WOW. einziger kritikpunkt wäre ehrlich gesagt nur, dass es meiner meinung nach noch etwas länger hätte sein können 😭🙏🏻 ich hab die geschichte soooo verschlungen, dass mir 300 ehrlich nicht genug waren. alles in einem hat das buch mich komplett überzeugt. ich freue mich schon jetzt, mehr von der autorin zu lesen! 🎐🤍
Rate: 6 FRICKING stars I really felt how Leah was feeling. Like having so many people around you but still feel lonely. I loved how Cyrus was like a smart shy boy, because most of the time it’s the girl being shy but I loved him so much. I enjoyed every minute reading this and I really like Ann Liang’s book because besides the fact that she writes very nice cute couples, the book always has a deeper meaning. Because in this book it was about doing things that YOU want to do and not for other people's attention because in the end they don't care anyway. And I really felt that because when i was 12 i always wanted to be friends with other cool popular girls and try to do things so they would see me as a friend but i didnt really have a real friendship with one of them. thats when i realized that i wasnt really living for myself but more for the attention of others. And I loved to see that Leah was also struggling with this.
I really Like this Book. It had a Good Pace and Ann Liang ate the enemies to lover slowburn once again. I really liked the Story line but more I loved the messages that this Book conveys. Enhance your Features, dont try to fit in places where you dont belong. Life will unfold itsself in ways you wont Understand. Love and believe in yourself. A really really good quick read Overall. I do still Like her other Books slightly more. I was a light read with some deeper messages wooven into it.
