Dr. Manfred Baur (geb. 1959 in Marktoberdorf im Allgäu) studierte Chemie, Logik und Wissenschaftstheorie und promovierte im Fach Chemie. Danach war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Halbleiterentwicklung tätig.
