Health Choices is a collection of information and recipes that have helped Chef Michael Bennett's wife survive and thrive after being told she had Cancer two years ago.The information part of the book has been culled from the Internet yet all the recipes are a product of Chef Bennett's experimentation and his wife's decision on the results in taste of the recipe.Chef Michael has been a leader of healthy cooking and menus for the Miami community where he lives. He even left the USA to live in the Caribbean regions of the world to investigate cooking techniques and flavor combinations for his other four cookbooks.
