Bis kurz vor dem letzten Kapitel war ich nicht wirklich hooked. Das letzte Kapitel konnte zwar etwas Licht ins Dunkle bringen, hat aber auch nicht die ziemlich durchwachsenen Kapitel zuvor wieder wettgemacht. Alles in allem eine durchschnittliche Crime Noar Geschichte rund um die Waynes (Großeltern von Batman) mit Sam Bradley, dem bekannten Privatdetektiv einiger anderen Geschichten. Tom King erfindet das Rad nicht neu, muss er auch gar nicht, aber es gibt leider so viele andere Autoren die Atmosphäre gepaart mit vielen Twists in Krimi Geschichten besser rüber bringen können als ich es hier gesehen habe.
