Den dritten Teil der Hamish MacBeth- Reihe fand ich bisher am besten. Vor allem, wenn man im schottischen Hochland am Frühstückstisch bei einem "echten" schottischen Essen sitzt. Die Atmosphäre hat hier wohl ihr übriges getan. Jetzt steige ich aber erstmal auf "My Highland secret" um. DAS passt NOCH besser. Hamish MacBeth ist cosy crime vom Feinsten. Der Protagonist lässt in diesem Teil tiefere Einblicke in sein Privatleben zu. Der Mord geschieht zwar wieder einmal in einer völlig unveganen Hummerzuchtanlage, aber die Tiere tragen diesmal tatsächlich eifrig dazu bei. Was ich damit meine? Lest selbst!
