Imagine my delight when I saw the audiobook for this had hit Everand since I last checked out this series! Another stress relief! Wonderful! Aptly titled, this follows Ayri Quinn bumbling his way through the biggest crush on his physical therapist - the conflict in this is incredibly lowkey (LOVE IT), the ethics of this are addressed and handled (HECK YEAH), and the background ensemble of the Queer Collective has more page time (THE BEST!) (I love Ezra, I can't help it) (this made me pick up the CU Hockey series after all -sigh- because I just can't leave well enough alone and I don't waaaanna necessarily, but at this point I NEED to find out about the Westley/Ezra/Asher drama so I have resigned myself to my fate) CNs: relationship with a co-worker that has the potential for power imbalance, but this is addressed and ethically handled, imo; muscle injury, discussion of career ending injuries, recovery time and a cn for the sheer amount of naiveté and resulting awkwardness of people so whipped their brain stops working
