Description
In a world where monsters called Yoma prey on humans and live among them in disguise, humanity's only hope is a new breed of warrior known as Claymores. Half human, half monster, these silver-eyed slayers possess supernatural strength but are condemned to fight their savage impulses or lose their humanity completely.
Clare and her fellow Claymores are nearing the end of their strength in their battle against the Awakened Being--a male ex-Claymore who can no longer control his Yoma powers. Not only is Clare the weakest among them, but she has taken the brunt of the creature's attacks as well, and yet she may be their only hope in discovering the Awakened Being's weakness.

Puh! Wieder so eine Zäsur im Band, die dich schlucken lässt. Absoluter Hammer, was da über die Claymores und die Organisation bekannt wurde. Einige meiner Überlegungen waren also richtig. Und dann … ja, dann kam der nächste Abschnitt. Und ich hab mich ein wenig krank gefühlt. Wie grauenhaft kann man sein?! Dann zu behaupten, dass die männlichen Yoma die übelsten sind, ist schon frech (zumindest vom Verhalten und den Gesprächen her). Wieder endet es mit einem Cliffhanger und ich bin verdammt froh, die Reihe komplett hier zu haben. :)
