Description
In a world where monsters called Yoma prey on humans and live among them in disguise, humanity's only hope is a new breed of warrior known as Claymores. Half human, half monster, these silver-eyed slayers possess supernatural strength but are condemned to fight their savage impulses or lose their humanity completely.
Galatea's plans to eliminate the Awakened former number 2, "Bloody" Agatha, have failed, but the arrival of Clare and her comrades turns the tide of battle. In the aftermath, Miria decides to finally share her shocking discoveries about the true nature of the Yoma, of the Organization and of the Claymores themselves.

Achtung, Spoiler!!! So, ich hatte in vielen Punkten recht. Yay! Inzwischen haben wir eine Mischung aus Attack on Titan, Lullaby of the Dawn, Die Walkinder und The Promised Neverland - die Claymore wurden als Antwort auf einen Krieg geschaffen und weiter gezüchtet, um einer der beiden Parteien auf dem größeren Teil der restlichen Welt (außerhalb des Kontinents, auf dem die Geschichte bisher spielte) einen Vorteil zu verschaffen. All das wird von Miria erzählt, die sich über die Hintergründe der Organisation informiert hat. Meine aktuelle Theorie: eine/r der Abysskreaturen hat ihr die Infos gegeben. Vielleicht treibt Isley sein eigenes Spiel (derzeit mein Top-Kandidat für meine Theorie). Und endlich sieht man Raki wieder - in einem absolut perfekten „Nier:Replicant“-Moment. Hatte echt coole Flashbacks. Ich mag seine Einstellung total und feiere ihn grad. Er hat sich toll entwickelt. Wie es mit Priscilla weitergeht, finde ich auch sehr spannend! Da kann ich noch gar nichts weiter abschätzen. Dazu verfolgt Riful ihre eigenen Pläne und experimentiert mit mehreren Claymore. Davon werden wir im nächsten Band mehr erfahren. Bin gespannt!
