    Ein heftiges Buch rund um Rassismus, Sklaverei und SM. Definitiv nichts für schwache Nerven. Teilweise sehr extrem und detailreich beschrieben. Lässt sich sehr schnell lesen.

    Wrath James White ist bekannt für seine stetige Sozialkritik. In diesem Fall geht es um Rassismus und die Sklaverei verpackt in einer SM-Story. Wie gewohnt keine leichte Kost, da die Gewaltszenen schonungslos sind und der Sex reichlich vorhanden ist. Kenyatta konnte ich absolut nicht leiden. Er will, dass Natasha sich seinem sexuellen Experiment aussetzt, nur damit sie ihn am Ende dafür heiraten darf. Sie dagegen ist schon deutlich sympathischer auch wenn sie sich wohl nur aus blinder Liebe zu ihm auf diese irre Aktion einlässt. Das Buch ließ sich super schnell lesen, aber die Geschichte bleibt schon noch sehr im Kopf hängen.
