•Deutsche Rezension• "Desire isn't weakness, Sam," she said, leaning forward and kissing his skin. He shuddered, and it ended in a sigh. "Yearning is human. And you're human." "I don't know. All I know is that if desire is weakness, then I'm weak. My desire for you goes on and on. It has no end," he finished quietly.

•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°• Persönliche Songempfehlung: Dylan Conrique - Birthday cake Of Monsters and Men - Dirty Paws Don Broco - Anaheim Chris Grey - Let the world burn Maphra - Doomed (Bring me the Horizon Cover) Temper City - Self Aware Teil zwei der Dilogie Monsters and Men und ich hab's geliebt. In seiner Welt bedeutet Zuneigung Schwäche.

    Unusual and unexpected Mia flop

Usually I’m always excited to read one of Mia‘s books cause I’m a sucker for her slow burn romances. Therefore I was very excited to pick up Unnatural after I literally devoured Unwanted. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the sequel. The main characters didn’t have any real depth and chemistry compared to Jak and Harper. I found myself groaning at Autumns inner thoughts, finding them repetitive and quite frankly annoying. They didn’t give any insights other than her favourite words „Oh“ and „Sam“. The story was also meh. There was great potential but it fell flat. Mia isn’t known for her plot twist and brilliant detective writing but that was half assed, even for her. Especially that last minute „conflict“ and solution. Lastly I want to say the ending was absolute rubbish. I know her books tend to end the same way, all happy ever after with a family but you cannot convince me of this one. That’s simply just lazy writing. This one was a stretch that didn’t feel like her.
