Das Buch entsprach leider nicht meinen Erwartungen, ich habe gehofft, dass mich das Buch über die prägenden Erlebnisse vom Barack Obama und die Auswirkungen dieser auf seine Politik aufklärt, dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Das Buch ist insgesamt zäh zu lesen und Stellenweise zu detailreich geschrieben, ich empfehle es deswegen nur Leuten die sich sehr für Barack Obama und/oder einflussreiche afrikanische Persönlichkeiten interessieren.
