Characters: 4/5 Writing Style: 5/5 Plot: 3.5/5 Logic: 4/5 Themes/Intention: 5/5 Spice: 0/5 After the cliffhanger in Book 1, I had to keep reading. I found the themes much more interesting than in the first part! Unfortunately, the tournament didn't take up as much space as I would have liked. Nevertheless, the relationships between the protagonists and side characters continue to develop. The inclusion of non-binary characters is also just beautiful. I especially grew fond of the little spirit. I would recommend this feel-good book to anyone who loves cozy fantasy, political dramas, and tea.
