Thanks to advancing technology, it is now possible to work completely independently of location and time, depending on the industry. The classic nine-to-five job is increasingly being replaced; flexible and free working is the goal of tomorrow. However, we are already seeing increasing overload in working life and decreasing periods of rest in private life.
