Visions of Europe- Europavisionen

The aim of this core module book within the frame of a European Master study programme of «European Perspectives on Social Inclusion» is to study and critically compare visions within the three religions which have influenced the development of Europe: Judaism, Islam and Christianity, to study and critically reflect upon visions and the role of philosophies in the history of Europe, to comprehend the history of European integration, to comprehend the central part of economic integration during the unification of Europe.
Dieses Buch ist ein Kernmodul im Rahmen eines Europäischen Master-Studienprogrammes zu europäischen Perspektiven sozialer Inklusion. Es vermittelt einen Überblick über unterschiedliche Zugänge und Visionen der drei monotheistischen Buchreligionen Judentum, Islam und Christentum, welche die Entwicklung Europas in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart nachhaltig beeinflusst und geprägt haben, über Visionen, Bedeutung und Auswirkungen verschiedener Philosophien auf die Geschichte Europas, die Geschichte der europäischen Integration bis hin zur Gegenwart.
