Man muss die Art und Weise mögen, wie Philip K. Dick Geschichten erzählt. Für mich gibt es kaum einen Autor, der an seine Ideen und seinen Stil heranreicht. Das Buch ist unglaublich gut. Man versinkt schnell in der Story und will jeder Zeit wissen, wie es weiter geht. Typisch für Dick rät man mit, man spekuliert, wie der Plot wohl ausgehen könnte, nur um am Ende sprachlos dazusitzen weil man doch nicht damit gerechnet hat.
Honestly, this was the weirdest Philip K. Dick book I have read so far. The start (of a 200 page book) is very slow, but then I couldn't put it down. For some time, I was convinced, it is the same as the Truman Show and I was very happy to come here and see others expressing this thought. In the end, it is definitely not the Truman Show. But some aspects of escaping the fake reality you live in definitely come from this book.
