Jack Skellington is the beloved Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, but he has grown tired of leading the usual scares every year. Then he stumbles upon a mysterious tree-shaped door deep in the Hinterlands and falls straight into Christmas Town--an enchanting place like no other, full of sparkling snow, merry elves, and twinkling lights.
Reinvigorated, Jack returns to Halloween Town and recruits the citizens into his new plan: to organize Christmas themselves! Absolutes Highlight!!
Ich liebe den Film und jetzt hab ich endlich das Buch gelesen. Einfach fantastisch! Jack: ist absolut nachvollziehbar und sympathisch. Ich fand es toll, wie er sich an neuen Dingen testete (mit guten Hintergrund Gedanken) . Und das darauf folgende Einsehen und wieder gut machen,da es nicht so geklappt hatte ,wie erst sich es vorgestellt hatte. Das hat jeder von uns mal so erlebt! Er hat trotzdem immer an das wohl anderer gedacht. Einfach ein wahrer Gentleman. Sally: ich liebe sie. Sie ist so sympathisch und hat immer versucht Jack und die Stadt zu retten. Sie hat sich nicht unterkriegen lassen und weiter gekämpft,auch wenn sie allein dastand. Ich fand es toll,wie fürsorglich und mitfühlend sie ist. Sie ist eine absolute Powerfrau! Lieblingsszene: definitiv die abschlussszene. Ein absoluter Traum. Ich hab mich so gefreut,dass ich mich vom lauten quietschen zurückhalten musste. Schreibstil: das Englisch war sehr einfach und gut verständlich. Es ist also auch für Personen geeignet,die nicht so gut in Englisch sind. Es ließ sich fließend lesen und ich konnte da Buch kaum weglegen. Fazit: ich kann jedem das Buch empfehlen. Es war einfach fantastisch. Am liebsten würde ich das Buch gleich nochmal lesen,aber dann wird mein SUB niemals kleiner 😅
