Almost dnf'ed this. Not because I found it bad but because I wasn't in the mood. but I pulled through and to my surprise the book was okay. I guess it's a "it's me, not you" situation. I didn't hate it but I didn't like it either. Even though I love slow burn I just couldn't get warm with this book. The beginning was rather boring and I guess I found out I'm not the biggest single dad x nanny trope fan and I didn't care about the children. But once we got into the drama with thane and regan I enjoyed it a lot. Both, regan and thane saved the book for me. They're both great characters, especially regan whom I disliked at first but ended up loving more than robyn. The real villains were Austin and the mom.
