2.0we're back with a new episode of "choosing my books for the wrong reasons" haha, i solely chose this audiobook because it takes place in lisbon. as a mystery, it just wasn't my thing - just a bit too cliché, too overly dramatic, and the characters didn't feel interesting enough. it follows two best friends on a weekend away in lisbon, then one of them goes missing. the other friend spends ages trying to find her and trying to solve her mystery, and of course her friend has some very dark secrets. there were also lots of different men who i had trouble telling apart, and the ending felt a bit rushed, even though it was a cool twist! kind of! i don't know, i'm just finding out what i like in thrillers.
