I really enjoyed the read, as I practice yoga myself. I definitely got some new insides on the practice and about the meanings behind it. I can recommend this book to everyone starting, practicing or who is just interested in the topic of yoga. However, in the book spirituality is a huge topic, so the reader needs also to be open for it. I will definitely need to read it a second time to get all the wisdom I have missed the the first time.
