Fing spannend an, ab bereits ab der Mitte des Buches war mir alles zu konstruiert und Genna kam immer zu leicht aus brenzligen Situationen heraus. Die Erweiterung der Welt um die vielen verschiedenen Reinkarnationen der Seelen ist gelungen, hätte aber evtl ein wenig mehr Zeit und Platz gebraucht. Zudem finde ich, dass Phoenix leider etwas zu kurz kam. Ich fand im ersten Teil gerade die Dynamik und Verbundenheit der beiden toll und diesmal war er leider nur noch eine Nebenfigur. Sehr schade, denn das barg viel Potenzial, was verschenkt wurde.
