... hab's geliebt...

... ich hatte zwar etwas anderes erwartet, denn den Klappentext wie immer nicht gelesen und mich durch Booktok inspirieren lassen und dachte, ich lese nun einen Thriller. Was es am Ende war, kann ich nicht genau sagen, aber ich liebe Nachbarschaftsgeschichten a la Desperate Housewifes, obwohl es hier doch noch eher um die Psyche der Protagonistin nach ihrer zweiten Schwangerschaft geht und die Erwartungen der Gesellschaft an sie in den frühen 50ern - perfekte Hausfrau und Mutter und immer zu funktionieren. Den Plottwist im letzten Drittel des Buches und die Richtung, in die das Buch dann einschlug, habe ich nicht kommen sehen. Dann macht es noch einmal eine Kehrtwendung am Ende und ließ mich - und sicher vor allem die Protagonistin- laut aufatmen. Ich will hier gar nichts spoilern, ich mochte das Buch sehr und dafür 4 🌟
