Such a wonderful fantasy romance mixed with adventure. Back in the world of the wraith kings but different. We get a whole book about Serovek and Anhuset and I loved it! So much banter and teasing but also such a healthy relationship overall. And quite a lot of spice as well! We still get to meet Brishen and Ildiko which is a plus. The balance between the deep emotional parts and the lighthearted ones was great and I loved all the battle scenes. Both Serovek and Anhuset are badass characters that nontheless have a lot of depth and are so emotional and tender.
