With his college degree in hand, Lukas imagined his life would look completely different. But instead of spending his summer on a Mediterranean island, he’s back living in his childhood bedroom, stuck in a temp job with glitchy tech, and wondering what happened. From the outside, Josh’s life might seem stalled. But to Josh, his lack of social engagement means his world is safe, quiet, and controlled—until a routine computer repair brings Lukas into his world. An obvious connection sparks between them online, but no matter how deep the conversations get, Josh can’t believe that a confident, athletic guy like Lukas could ever see Josh as more than a handy IT assistant.
