"Sally's Lament" hat mir einen komplett neuen Blick auf den Film gegeben.
Das Buch hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Spannung war durch den langsamen Anfang mittelmäßig, der Schreibstil jedoch super! Wenn ich das Buch mit drei oberflächlichen Wörtern beschreiben müsste, wäre es: Halloween, Weihnachten und Puppen. Ich fand das Buch sehr einfach zu verstehen, da ich es auf Englisch gelesen habe und englische Bücher meist eigentlich nicht so gut verstehe! Zudem lese ich nie Fantasy und konnte trotzdem alles nachvollziehen. Die zweite Hälfte konnte ich in einem Rutsch durchlesen, die Spannung hat erst am Ende wieder nachgelassen. Sally sagt am Ende: "You got to define yourself" auf Seite 237. Dies drückt im Gesamten das aus, was ich von "Sally's Lament" mitgenommen habe. Allem in allem ein sehr gutes 4 Sterne Buch! :) 🎃👻🎄🔔
