It certainly was an educational read but the subjects she mentioned were only introduced with a few paragraphs. Nothing was explained in depth. It was easy to read, although I sometimes skipped back to compare a disorder with another one. I absolutely agree with her that mental illness shouldn’t be a taboo topic. The book is a great start for someone who wants to learn more about mental health. However, you should be prepared to do some research by yourself if you want to know more about a certain topic.
